These terms and conditions apply to every use of the Michaels World website and every purchase or service request made by you, the customer. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our manual search service. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Michaels World sells digital products. These include vehicle manuals, motorbike service manuals, tractor repair books, matchbox collectibles guides, used books and plans, DIY vehicle plans, software bundles and miscellaneous digital items. We also offer a paid search service to locate hard to find car manuals online, vintage vehicle manuals and other printed materials worldwide. All products are delivered as high quality PDF files unless stated otherwise.
Our prices are listed in British Pounds (£). We aim to keep our prices as low and competitive as possible. The search service may carry a separate fee as described in section 7. We do not charge postage because all deliveries are digital.
All products sold on Michaels World are digital goods. No physical item will be shipped to you. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link by email or directly on the website. Download links typically arrive within a few minutes of purchase. In rare cases of technical delay, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
You are responsible for providing a correct and active email address. We are not liable for failed delivery caused by an incorrect email, spam filters or your own server issues.
Once you download a file, it is your responsibility to store it safely. We do not guarantee that download links remain active indefinitely. However, if you lose a file after purchase and contact us with proof of purchase, we will try to provide a replacement link at our discretion.
All prices include applicable UK VAT where required by law. For customers outside the United Kingdom, local taxes and import duties are your responsibility. We do not charge any hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
We accept payment through the payment methods listed on our website at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by third party secure payment providers. We do not store your credit card or banking details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once you have completed an order, the price at the time of your order is locked and will not change.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds after a file has been made available for download. If you have not yet downloaded the file and contact us within 14 days of purchase, we may offer a refund at our sole discretion.
If a file is corrupted or does not open, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a working replacement file. We do not offer refunds for buyer errors such as ordering the wrong manual or incompatibility with your device.
Michaels World offers a paid service to help customers locate hard to find car manual online, vintage vehicle manual search service items, tractor parts lists, motorbike service manuals, matchbox collectibles books or any other printed material you request.
Search fees are non-refundable once we have delivered a successfully found item that matches your description. We do not guarantee that we can find every request. We do guarantee that we will try honestly and communicate with you throughout.
All digital products sold by Michaels World are either in the public domain, obtained from legitimate sources, or offered with permission from rights holders to the best of our knowledge. If you believe that any product infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and remove the item if necessary.
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use that file for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

We are not responsible for any damage to your device, software or data caused by downloading, opening or using our PDF files. All files are scanned for viruses before delivery, but we recommend that you perform your own virus scan as an additional precaution.
